听障儿童喉位聚焦治疗策略个案研究

目的探讨听障儿童喉位聚焦的原因及其治疗策略，通过对1例典型喉位聚焦听障儿童的治疗，验证治疗策略的有效性。方法分析个案喉位聚焦的原因后，选用相应的治疗策略进行治疗，对比治疗前后患儿共振峰参数的变化和嗓音改善情况。采用单一被试法进行数据统计分析。结果患者发／a／音的F1值治疗前后相比有极显著性差异（P〈0．01），并恢复到参考标准范围内。结论该治疗策略对于听障儿童喉位聚焦是可行而有效的；听障儿童喉位聚焦的治疗应首先分析原因，在此基础上采用相应的治疗策略进行治疗。

A case study: The therapeutic strategy for a hearing-impaired child with laryngeal focus disorder

Objective To explore the causes and therapeutic strategies for the laryngeal focus disorder of hearing-impaired children, and to analyze the effectiveness of the therapy through this case study. Methods After the analysis of the causes of laryngeal focus.disorder for a hearing-impaired child, corresponding therapeutic strategies were selected to treat the child. The formant and voice of the child were compared before and after the therapy statistically. Results There were significant differences in parameter F1 of/a/ before and after the treatment（P〈0.01）, which returned to the normal range. No difference was found in F2 of /a/（P〉0.05）.Conclusion This study shows that the therapeutic strategies used are effective in treating laryngeal focus disorder and should be selected based on analysis of the possible causes of the disorder.
