白内障成熟期超声乳化手术

将194例(200眼)成熟期白内障分为白核组46眼,棕核组154眼,应用改良的乳化劈核技术行超声乳化手术.结果表明,白核组平均乳化能量为17.19%,平均乳化时间为36.5s;棕核组为26.95%和75s.术后裸眼视力≥0.5的189眼(94.5%),≥1.0的91眼(45.5%).并发症主要为术中后囊膜破坏20眼,术后角膜水肿4眼,前房渗出3眼.提示采用改良的高负压低能量乳化劈核技术能对各种硬度的核进行分割且所用能量低、时间短,是成熟期白内障超声乳化手术的有效方法.

PHACOEMULSIFICATION FOR MATURE CATARACTS

To investigate the surgical skill of phacoemulsification for mature cataracts,200 eyes of 194 cases with mature cataract were divided into two groups,white nucleus cataracts(46 eyes)and brown nucleus cataracts(154 eyes).Modified phaco-chop technique was used to emulsify cataracts.The average energy and time of phacoemulsification in white mucleus group were 17.19% and 36.5 seconds,in brown mucleus group were 26.95% and 75 seconds respectively. Postoperatively the visual acuites of 0.5 or better were 189 eyes (94.5%),and 1.0 or better were 91 eyes(45.5%).There were complications of posterior capsular rupture in 20 eyes,corneal edema in 4 eyes and fibrinous exudates within anterior chamber in 3 eyes.The conclusion suggests that the modified phaco-chop technique can chop various hard nuclei with lower phaco energy and shorter time.It is an effective method of phacoemulsification for mature cataracts.
