清喉利咽颗粒对慢性咽炎患者炎性因子及安全性的影响分析

目的研究和探讨清喉利咽颗粒对慢性咽炎患者炎性因子及安全性的影响分析。方法选择2020年2~9月时间段内在我院就诊治疗的慢性咽炎患者,随机抽取90例为本次研究对象,按照患者入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对比两组治疗前后的炎性因子,两组患者发生眩晕、头昏及胃肠道反应等不良反应的发生率。结果治疗前两组慢性咽炎患者的IL-2、CRP等炎性因子数据无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的IL-2、CRP等炎性因子数据均有所改善,但观察组效果改善效果更佳,组间有差异(P<0.05);两组患者发生头昏及胃肠道反应等不良反应的发生率数据(4例/8.88%vs 5例/11.11%),组间无差异(P>0.05)。结论采用克拉霉素治疗的基础上联合清喉利咽颗粒对慢性咽炎患者进行治疗,效果较好,降低了患者炎性反应的同时,不会引起患者不良反应发生率的升高,安全性较好,值得临床上应用。

Effect of Qinghou Liyan Granule on inflammatory factors and safety of patients with chronic pharyngitis

Objective To study the effect of qinghouliyan Granule on inflammatory factors and safety in patients with chronic pharyngitis.Method 90 patients with chronic pharyngitis in our hospital from February to September in 2020 were selected and randomly selected as the research object.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups.The control group(45 cases)was treated with clarithromycin,and the observation group(45 cases)was treated with Qinghou Liyan granules on the basis of the above.The inflammatory factors,including EGF,IL-2 and CRP,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment;the incidence of dizziness,dizziness and gastrointestinal reactions was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in IL-2,CRP and other inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the data of IL-2,CRP and other inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved,but the improvement effect of the observation group was better,there was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of dizziness and gastrointestinal reactions and other adverse reactions in the observation and control groups(4 cases/8.88%vs 5 cases/11.11%),there was no difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of clarithromycin treatment combined with qinghouliyan granules in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis patients,the effect is good,reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients at the same time,will not cause the increase of the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,good safety,worthy of clinical application.
