端粒酶催化亚单位在喉鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的研究喉鳞癌组织中端粒酶催化亚单位(hTERT)的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理参数的关系.方法应用免疫组化法检测39例喉鳞癌组织,10例声带息肉组织中hTERT的表达,并分析喉鳞癌组织中hTERT蛋白的表达与肿瘤各项临床病理参数的关系.结果39例喉鳞癌组织中hTERT蛋白阳性表达率分别为84.6%(33/39).10例声带息肉组织中hTERT蛋白均未见阳性表达.hTERT蛋白在喉鳞癌组织与声带息肉组织中的表达差异有统计学意义.喉鳞癌组织中hTERT蛋白表达与癌组织的的组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移间均未见相关性.结论hTERT的激活在喉鳞癌的发生中起重要作用.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcr(hTERT) in the tisssues of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) and its implications in the clinical pathology of this tumor.MethodsImmunohistochemical procedures were taken to assess the expressive activity of hTERT in the cancerous tissues of 39 cases with LSCC,with the tissue specimens of vocal cord polyp taken from 10 cases as controls.Furthermore,analyzed was the association of hTERT expressive activity with the parameters of clinical pathology of this tumor,such as hitological grade,clinical staging and neck lymph node metastasis.ResultsThe positisive expressing rate of hTERT was 84.6% in the tissues of LSCC in this group of cases,while it was all negatively expressed in the tissue specimens of vocal cord polyp,with a very significant difference between them (P<0.01) .The expressive level of hTERT was seen with no significant association with all the clinical pathological parameters of this group of LSCC cases(P>0.05).ConclusionThe activation of hTERT may play very important role in the carecinogenesis of LSCC.
