加速康复外科在改良腭咽成形术患者围术期护理中的应用

目的探讨加速康复外科理念(ERAS)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)患者行改良腭咽成形术(H-UPPP)围术期护理中的应用效果。方法将60例OSAHS行H-UPPP患者按随机分为对照组30例和术后快速康复(ERAS)组30例,两组均给予常规护理,ERAS组在此基础上采用ERAS理念加强围术期护理,包括缩短术前禁食禁饮时间、术后尽早活动、培养患者自我护理能力等。比较两组患者术后并发症、住院总费用、住院时间、患者满意度、自我护理能力。结果ERAS组术后并发症发生率、住院时间与住院总费用均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);ERAS组患者满意度与自我护理能力均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理能够促进OSAHS患者H-UPPP术后康复,减少术后并发症,降低住院总费用,增加患者的满意度,增强患者的自我护理能力,改善生存质量。

Application of enhanced recovery after surgery on perioperative nursing in patients with modified H-uvolopalatopharyngoplasty(H-UPPP)

Objective TTo investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on perioperative nursing in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)undergoing H-uvolopalatopharyngoplasty(H-UPPP).Methods 60 patients with OSAHS undergoing H-UPPP were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and ERAS group(n=30).The two groups were given routine nursing care.On the basis of the use of ERAS concept,the ERAS group was strengthened perioperative nursing care including shortening preoperative fasting time,early postoperative activities,training patient self-care ability.The postoperative complications,total hospitalization expenses,length of hospital stay,patient satisfaction,and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,length of stay and total hospital expenses in the ERAS group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction and self-care ability in the ERAS group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can promote postoperative recovery,reduce postoperative complications,decrease total hospitalization costs,increase patient satisfaction,enhance patient self-care ability,and improve the quality of life in OSAHS patients receiving H-UPPP.
