| 摘 要： | 本文选择经气钡双重造影、纤维胃镜、活检及病理学确诊的胃癌14例,术前行CT簿层或重叠扫描.有6例术前扫描无淋巴结转移和邻近脏器侵润而手术,有8例因有淋巴结转移或向邻近脏器扩散而不能手术只有接受化疗.CT扫描能准确测出胃壁厚度(正常5～7mm,平均5mm),并能显示癌瘤向邻近脏器扩散的情况.对胃癌术前估计可切除性及术后是否转移CT扫描都是有价值的.

| Abstract: | Fourteen cases of gastric cancer were selected in this paper and had been proved by air-barium double examination fibrogastroscopy biopsy and pathology, then they were examined by thin or overlep slice computed tomography scan preoperative. 6 cases were operated for they had not revealed any metastasis preoperation scan by CT, 8 cases can't be operated and received chemotherapy due to have metastasis to lymph nodes and had invaded to neighbouring organs. CT accurately identified abnormal stomach wall thickness ( normal: 2 ~ 7mm, average 5mm) and intraabdominal cancer extension. CT is valuable for assessing surgical resectability, evaluting cancer response to chemotherapy or operation and detecting postoperative recurrence. |
