巨大子宫肌瘤的CT诊断

目的　探讨CT在巨大子宫肌瘤的诊断价值及巨大子宫肌瘤的CT特征。方法　回顾性分析病理证实的 10例巨大子宫肌瘤 ,所有病人均进行了CT平扫及增强扫描 ,并将CT表现与手术病理进行对照。结果　肿瘤最大直径在 15～ 2 5cm者 4例 ,2 5～ 3 0cm者 3例 ,3 0cm以上者 3例。 7例位于浆膜下 ,2例位于肌壁间 ,1例位于黏膜下。 3例表现为与正常子宫等密度 ,密度均匀。 6例呈混杂密度 ,病理证实肿瘤内玻璃样变性 4例 ,液化坏死囊性变 2例。 1例呈囊状低密度 ,病理证实肿瘤内为黏液样变性。结论　CT对巨大子宫肌瘤的来源、其内不同性质的变性以及鉴别诊断具有一定的价值

CT Diagnosis of Giant Hysteromyoma

Objective To evaluate the value of CT in giant hysteromyoma and to recognize the characteristics of giant hysteromyoma.Methods Ten cases of giant hysteromyoma proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed. CT plain scanning and enhanced scanning were performed in all cases.A comparison between CT characteristics of giant hysteromyoma and pathology result was made.Results The maximal diameter of the hysteromyoma ranged from 15 cm to 25 cm in 4 cases, 25 cm to 30 cm in 3 cases, more than 30 cm in 3 cases. 7 cases located subserousa of uterus,2 cases located myometrium,1 case located submucosa. 3 cases demonstrated homogeneous density similar to normal uterus tissue. 6 cases demonstrated inhomogeneous density and pathology proved hyaline degeneration in 4 cases, necrosis and liquefaction in 2 cases. 1 case demonstrated cystic low density and pathology proved mucoid degeneration in it.Conclusion CT is a useful techniques for the origin of giant hysteromyoma and has definitive value in discrimination of different degeneration in giant hysteromyoma.
