| 摘 要： | 目的 评价气囊辅助内镜在小肠疾病临床诊治中的应用价值.方法 对怀疑或证实有小肠疾病的患者538例(男282,女256)进行了705例次(经口319次,经肛386次)气囊辅助内镜检查,并对210例小肠疾病患者进行了内镜下治疗.结果 705例次检查共检出病变440例次,小肠疾病阳性检出率为62.4%.对210例患者共实施镜下治疗操作1 171例次,其中成功摘除小肠息肉1 103枚,镜下止血治疗62例次,其中53例止血成功(85.5%,53/62),小肠狭窄扩张治疗6例次,4例经治疗后腹胀及呕吐等症状明显缓解,另2例无效.发生严重的并发症共6例次(小肠穿孔3例,术后有3例出现引起血红蛋白水平下降的消化道出血).结论 气囊辅助内镜不仅是一种安全有效的小肠疾病诊断方法,并能对小肠疾病进行内镜下治疗,开辟了新的小肠疾病治疗模式,可有效避免一些开腹手术.
