内镜粘膜下剥离术与外科手术治疗早期胃癌对比研究

目的对比研究内镜粘膜下剥离术与外科手术治疗早期胃癌的临床效果。方法将2016年6月-2018年6月收治早期胃癌患者112例纳入研究中,随机分组为外科手术组与内镜剥离术组,各56例,外科手术组实施常规外科手术进行治疗,内镜剥离术组则行内镜粘膜下剥离术治疗,对照两组临床治疗效果。结果内镜剥离术组临床治疗有效率等同于外科手术组(P>0.05),手术时间、住院时间显著短于外科手术组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于外科手术组(P<0.05)。结论临床早期胃癌患者的治疗中采用内镜粘膜下剥离术较外科手术更佳,可体现为临床治疗有效率更高、并发症发生率更低,住院时间、手术时间更短,可优先考虑为此类患者实施内镜粘膜下剥离术。

A Comparative Study of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection and Surgical Treatment for Early Gastric Cancer

Objective To compare the clinical effects of endoscopic submucosal dissection and shell surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer.Methods 112 patients with early gastric cancer treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into surgical group and endoscopic dissection group,56 cases in each group.The surgical group was treated with routine surgery,while the endoscopic dissection group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in endoscopic dissection group was significantly higher than that in surgical group(P<0.05),the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than that in surgical group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in surgical group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic submucosal dissection is better than surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer.It can be manifested as higher clinical efficiency,lower incidence of complications,shorter hospitalization time and shorter operation time,which can effectively consider the implementation of endoscopic submucosal dissection for such patients.
