摘    要:目的调查住院患者对护理健康教育的需求并了解其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方法,分别对一所二甲医院工作的217名护士及在2012年10~12月期间住院一周以上的520名患者进行不记名问卷填写调查。结果不同患者对护理健康教育有不同的需求。性别与健康教育需求P〉0.05差异无统计学意义;职位与文化程度与健康教育需求P值均小于0.05差异有统计学意义。在实施住院期间的教育过程中,护士一般遇到如下困难:工作任务重,难以及时了解新知识;患者认知能力有限;对护士的信任度低等。护士专业自信感不足影响了教育成效。结论调查发现文化程度和从业状态能够影响健康教育的需求,而性别对此无影响。此外护士应注意与时俱进、及时更新知识,在提高健康教育能力、强化责任意识的同时,还要注重培养专业的自信感,以确保健康教育成效稳步提高。

Abstract:Objective To survey patients' demands for nursing health education and analyze the influence fac- tor. Methods With the questionnaire survey method, respectively conduct an anonymous questionnaire survey to 217 nurses working in a first class hospital and 520 patients staying in hospital for more than a week during October and No- vember in 2012. Results Different patients have different needs for nursing health education. There is no statistically significance for the (P 〉 0. 05 ) difference of gender and health education demand ; ( P 〈 0. 05 ) difference between posi- tion as well as the cultural level and the health education demand was statistically significant. In the process of imple- menting education during hospitalization, nurses in general meet the following difficulties: task is heavy; it's hard to learn new knowledge in time; Patients' cognitive ability is limited; patients trust little in nurses ,etc. Nurses' lack of professional confidence affects the education results. Conclusions The study finds that cultural degree and the working state can influence the demand of the health education, while gender has no effect. Furthermore, nurses should pay attention to keep pace with the times, update knowledge, and also cultivate professional confidence to ensure the stead increase of the health education efficiency while improving health education ability and strengthen the sense of responsibility.
