充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝413例疗效分析

目的 评价充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法 使用巴德网塞作疝环充填式无张力修补术，治疗413例腹股沟疝(包括巨大疝和复发疝)。总结这些临床资料，并评定疗效。结果 该项技术比传统手术操作简单，疼痛轻，恢复快，经随访4个月～6年，复发2例。结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术适用于各种类型的腹股沟疝，尤其适用于年老体弱者或巨大的腹股沟疝和复发疝，应作为老年腹股沟疝治疗的首选术式。此外，应注意不同类型的腹股沟疝在具体的手术操作上和网塞放置的位置上的不同之处。

Analysis of the Curative Effect of 413 Cases with Inguinal Hernia Treated by Plug Mesh Hernia Repair

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of treating i ng uinal hernia with plug mesh hernia repair.Methods Bard Marlex mesh Perfix plug technique was used to treat 413 patients with indirect and direct in guinal hernias, including recurrent hernias and huge hernias. The curative effec ts were assessed . Results Compared with conventional hernia repair , this technique offers a simple method in hernia repair, and the patients have less pain and fast rehabilitation after operation. There are two cases with recu rrences during following-up of 4 months to 6 years. Conclusion Plu g mesh hernia repair applies to all kinds of adult inguinal hernias, especially old and weak or recurrent hernia. Old patient with inguinal hernia should be pro vided as first selective treatment. In addition, we should pay attention to some different points on operation method and mesh plug placing in different kinds o f inguinal hernias.
