动态血压监测老年高血压患者降压疗效的临床价值

目的 探讨24 h动态血压监测对检查诊所血压显示降压有效的老年高血压患者的临床价值.方法 选取服用口服降压药物1个月以上,并按诊所血压检查标准降压有效的老年高血压患者组86例,血压正常的健康老年人80例作为对照组,对比分析两组动态血压监测的各项监测指标.结果 与对照组比较,老年高血压组24 h、日间、夜间平均收缩压及24 h平均脉压均明显升高(P＜0.05).结论 对诊所血压检查正常的老年高血压患者还应进一步行动态血压监测,动态血压监测可作为观察老年降压疗效以及是否平稳降压的重要依据.

Clinical Significance of Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitor in the Elderly during Antihypertensive Administration

Objective To investigate the significance of ambulatory blood pressure monitor(ABPM) in objects with hypertension during antihypertensive administration.Methods ABPM items were measured and analyzed in 2 groups of elderly patients.Eighty six cases of hypertension who had taken depressive drugs over 1 month showed the effect of lower blood pressure by clinic blood pressure measure(CBPM).As control,80 cases of nonhypertensive people were selected.Results Comparing with control,increased level of mean systolic pressure and pulse pressure at daytime,nighttime and during whole 24 hours were seen in hypertensive objects.Overload systolic pressure,disappeared circadian rhythm were also significant in hypertensive group.Conclusion The elderly hypertensive patients who got a normal results by clinic blood pressure measure should have a further evaluation by ABPM.
