驻岛礁作业人员的心理健康状况调查

目的 调查驻岛礁作业人员驻礁期间的心理健康状况，为制定干预措施提供理论依据。方法 采用SCL－90问卷和自行设计的封闭式问卷进行团体调查。结果 随着驻礁时间的延长，除强迫症状外，SCL－90部分和各因子分均逐渐增高，尤以躯体化，抑郁，敌对，偏执和总分较为突出。学历层次不同其总分和各因子分也存在有差异显著性。结论 岛礁作业人员在驻礁期间的心理问题应引起足够的重视，并应采取适当的干预措施。

The investigation of mental health status in island-reef workers

Objective To investigate the mental health status of island reef workers on reefs and provide theories for taking precautions. Methods A total of 110 reef workers were tested with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL 90) and a questionnaire designed by ourselves. Results With the time of stay increasing, the total score of SCL 90 and factorial scores(except the score obsession) were increased gradually. Especially, the factorial scores of somatization, depression, hostility and paranoia were significantly increased. The total score and factorial scores were significantly different between workers of different educational background. Conclusions The mental health problem of island reef workers on reefs should be paid enough attention and proper precautions should be taken.
