心理因素对脊髓损伤患者神经干细胞移植疗效的影响

目的 探讨脊髓损伤患者心理因素对神经干细胞（neural stem cells, NSCs）移植疗效的影响.方法 随机选择60例脊髓损伤患者,根据自评焦虑量表（SAS）评分系统分为高评分组和低评分组,采用相同的NSCs移植方案,术后给予相同的治疗及护理措施,术后3个月评价患者各方面改善情况,并比较两组之间的差别.结果 SAS低评分组改善情况明显好于高评分组,两者间差异具有统计学意义.结论 心理因素对脊髓损伤患者NSCs移植疗效有一定影响.

Influence of psychological factors on therapeutic effect in patients with spinal cord injury undergoing neural stem cells transplantation

Objectives To investigate the influence of different psychological factors on therapeutic effect in spinal cord injury （SCI） patients undergoing neural stem cells（ NSCs ） transplantation. Methods Sixty SCI patients were selected randomly into high score group and low score group, 30 each, by SAS scoring system before transplantion of NSCs. The two groups were given an identical grafting program and therapy and nursing. Improvement of nerve function three mouths after NSCs transplantation was evaluated and the differentce between the two groups was analyzed. Results The high score group improved more than the lower score group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions Psychological factors can determine the therapeutic effect in SCI patients undergoing NSCs transplantation to some extent.
