口服美沙拉嗪联合康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及其对凝血指标的影响

 目的 探讨口服美沙拉嗪联合康复新液灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的疗效及其对凝血指标的影响。方法 选择80例符合入选标准的UC患者,根据治疗方案按数字表格随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用康复新液灌肠治疗。疗程结束后,比较两组患者临床疗效及其凝血指标变化情况;随访6个月,观察比较复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组为75.0%(P<0.05);凝血指标:治疗后观察组PLT(189.1±94.5)10⁹/L、FIB(2.4±0.2)g/L降低,PT(13.9±1.6)s、MPV(9.8±0.5)fl升高,与对照组PLT(212.6±97.2)10⁹/L、FIB(3.3±0.3)g/L、PT(10.8±1.2)s、MPV(7.4±0.6)fl比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,观察组复发率为7.5%,明显低于对照组(27.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 口服美沙拉嗪联合康复新液灌肠治疗UC可明显缓解临床症状,提高治疗效果,并能改善凝血指标,减少复发。

Curative efficacy of mesalazine in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis and its effects on coagulation parameters

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of mesalazine in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and its effects on coagulation parameters. Methods 80 patients with UC meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and the control group(n=40) according to the treatment plan in digital form. The control group was treated with oral administration of mesalazine, while the observation group was treated in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema on the basis of the control group. After the treatment, the two groups of patients were compared in clinical efficacy and coagulation parameters index changes. And they were followed up for 6 months, the recurrence rate was observed and compared. Results The observation group had a total effective rate of 95.0%, which was higher than that of 75.0% in the control group (P＜0.05). In coagulation parameters indexes : the count of platelets (PLT)(189.1±94.5)and concentration of fibrinogen (FIB)(2.4±0.2)were lower in the observation group after treatment, while the prothrombin time (PT)(13.9±1.6) and mean platelet volume (MPV)(9.8±0.5)were higher (P<0.05), and the corresponding indexes(212.6±97.2;3.3±0.3;10.8±1.2;7.4±0.6)compared with those in the control group showed statistical significance (P<0.05). After six-month follow-up, it was shown that the observation group had a lower recurrence rate of 7.5% than that of 27.5% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions Oral administration of mesalazine in combination with Kangfuxin solution enema in the treatment of UC can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, improve the effect of treatment and coagulation parameters indexes, reduce the recurrence rate;it is worth of further clinical research.
