磁共振胰胆管造影成像技术探讨

摘    要: 目的:评估磁共振胰胆管造影成像的技术和应用价值.方法:用重T<,2>加权快速自旋回波(TSE)序列和脂肪抑制技术作MR胰胆管造影成像45例.所有图像均作最大信号强度投影(MIP)后处理.结果:45例患者中,胆系疾患28例,胆系外疾患17例.此技术可清楚描画胆管及各种疾病的异常改变,对正常胰管及其分支的显示不佳.结论:MR胰胆管造影不用造影剂,是安全、可靠、非损伤性的检查方法,在胰胆管疾病诊断方面具有很大潜力.

Technique of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography
Abstract:Purpose To evaluate the technique and application of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in patients with pancreatic or biliary disease. Methods Forty-five patients were examined with a modified, heavily T-weighted turbo-spinecho pulse sequence and fat-suppression pulse aid. Postprocedure processing was performed with a maximum-intensity-projection (MIP) algorithm. Results 45 patients included 28 biliary diseases and 17 nonbiliary disease. The technique depicted accurately image of biliary ducts and abnormal changes in of various disease. Some normal pancreatic main and secondary-grade ducts were not visible. Conclusion MRCP is a reliable noninvasive method for depicting the pancreatic-bile ducts. It does not require iodinated contrast material. It has great potential in the diagnosis of pancreatcobiliary duct disease.
