多点挂浮线引流术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效

目的 观察多点挂浮线引流术治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效.方法 将48例确诊的肛周脓肿患者随机分为治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组和对照组（每组16例）,治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组均采用放射状多点挂浮线引流术（治疗Ⅱ组换药时采用湿润烧伤膏纱条）,对照组采用传统肛周脓肿切开引流术.结果 治疗Ⅰ组、治疗Ⅱ组术后创面愈合时间分别为（24.5±5.7）d、（23.6±7.3）d,对照组术后创面愈合时间（28.5±5.1）d,治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）;但治愈率及术后复发率方面,3组之间比较,差异无统计学意义.结论 多点挂浮线引流术治疗肛周脓肿疗效显著.

Treatment of perianal abscess in young soldiers by multiple incisions and floating thread drainage

Objective To study the clinical effect of multiple incisions and floating thread drainage on perianal abscess in young soldiers. Methods Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into treatment group I , treatment group II and control group （ 16 per group）. The patients in the treatment group I and treatment group II received multiple incisions and floating thread drainage （treat- ment group II dressed with moist burn cream gauze strip）. The patients in the control group received traditional incision drainage. Results The postoperative healing time of incision in treatment group I （ 24.5 ± 5.7 ） d and treatment group II （ 23.6± 7.3 ） d were shortened as compared with that in the control group （28.5 ± 5.1 ） d （P 〈 0. 05 ）. But there was no significant difference in the cure rate and postoperative recurrence rate between the three groups. Conclusions Multiple incisions and floating thread drainage have a significant curative effect on treatment of perianal abscess in young soldiers.
