摘    要:采用雄性BalB/c小鼠进行3周和5周游泳训练,实验结果表明,适量运动训练能增强动物免疫功能,而大强度训练则抑制免疫功能。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of different training loads on immunologic function in mice and to approach the probable mechanism for immu nologic regulation after exercise training. Balb/c mice,8-10w, weight 20-40g, were divided randomly into swimming training and control group, and each group had 23 mice,Two swimming programs were used.The program A: swim started 40 min/day,followed by a 5 min/day increase and up to 60 min/day, total program lasted 5 w,in program B,swim started 30 min/day, followed by a 5 min/day increase and up to 60 min/day,total program 3 w.The mice sacrificed after the last swim in 20h.IgM,IgG, PFC/spleen, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ratio, TsF, spleen cell response to extrogenous IL2 and changes of lymphocyte distribution were determined.The results showed that the immunology responses inhibited in swimming group A: CD4/CD8 ratio declined, TsF produced much more than control group, spleen cell response to extrogenous IL2 decreased;in swimming group B,CO8 decreased,CD4/GD8 ratio increased, lymphocyte transformation increased which meant an enhancement of immunologic function after swimming training in group B. It seems the relationship between exercise training program and immune system needs further investigations and it will benefit the sports practice.
