摘    要:目的 :探讨补充精氨酸 (L -Arginine ,L -Arg)对大负荷训练大鼠免疫功能的影响及其机制。方法 :对大鼠进行为期 8周、每周 6次 ,每次 15 0min的游泳训练并补充L -Arg ,测定机体淋巴细胞的增殖功能、细胞因子等免疫指标以及血清Gln、L -Arg含量、淋巴细胞凋亡和总抗氧化能力的变化。结果 :8周大负荷训练后 ,大鼠血清IL - 2含量、淋巴细胞转化率以及Gln、L -Arg含量、血清总抗氧化能力均显著降低 ,而血清sIL - 2R含量和淋巴细胞凋亡率却显著升高 ;连续 8周补充L-Arg后大鼠淋巴细胞转化率、IL - 2、Gln显著高于大负荷训练组 ,sIL - 2R和淋巴细胞凋亡率则显著低于大负荷训练组。结果提示 :长期大负荷训练导致机体免疫功能下降可能与血清Gln和L -Arg含量的降低以及外周淋巴细胞凋亡增加有关 ,在大负荷训练后补充L -Arg可以调节和提高训练机体的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of L-Arginine (L-Arg) on modulation of immunologic function. Methods:In this study, SD rats were swimming 150 min/day, 6 days/week for 8 weeks. All rats divided into three groups: control, heavy training (HT) and heavy training plus L-Arg administration (HT L-Arg) group. The immunologic indexes included lymphocytic proliferation function, serum cytokine concentration, serum glutamine,and L-Arg level as well as apoptosis of lymphocyte in peripheral blood were determined. Results: After heavy training for 8 weeks, the serum IL-2 concentration, lymphocytic proliferation function in peripheral blood, serum Gln, L-Arg and the total antioxidation capacity decreased significantly, while the serum sIL-2R concentration and the rate of lymphocytic apoptosis increased significantly. The serum IL-2 concentration, lymphocytic proliferation function in peripheral blood and serum Gln concentration in HT L-Arg group were higher than that in HT group, whereas the serum sIL-2R concentration and the rate of lymphocytic apoptosis in HT L-Arg group were lower than that in HT group. Conclusions: Long-term heavy training might weaken immunologic function in correlation with the decrease of serum Glu and L-Arg and the increase of lymphocytic apoptosis in peripheral blood. Supplement of L-Arg after heavy training could modulate and enhance immune function.
