| 摘 要： | 高性能计算是现代生物医学研究的重要工具和手段，传统的基于通用处理器（CPU）的计算机已很难满足生物医学研究对计算性能、效率和成本等多方面的综合性要求。近年来，图形处理器（GPU）计算技术异军突起，成为高性能计算领域的研究热点。本文介绍了GPU计算的基本概念、编程方法和特点，总结和讨论了GPU计算在生物医学中的应用现状和存在问题。最后，结合实际情况提出了利用GPU计算的一些研究工作设想。 |
