摘    要:观察了在湿热气候下(平均湿黑球温度为31.5±0.63℃),阿的平时30名男战士(年龄18—22岁,平均身高1.71m,体主58kg)在负重(15kg)行罕过程中心功能指数、心率和体温的影响。行军前1h口服200mg阿的平的战士,在3h行军结束时的体温、心率的增加值及心功能指数的减少值分别比对照值低0.41℃、12次/min和5.4。饮用复合电解质饮料的战士,除体温增加明显较对照低外,其余与对照无明显差别。结果提示,阿的平对热环境下从事中等强度劳动的人员有增强热耐受能力的作用。

Abstract:Changes of the heart rate(HR),index of heart function (IHF) and body temperature(Tb)of soldiersmarching with load of 15 kg under hot environment were investigated. The results showed that for the soldiers ad-ministered quinacrine(orally 200 mg 1 h before marching), increase ofHR and Tb as well as decrease ofIHF at theend of 3 h marching were significan tly improved as compared to those of sold iers drinking water only duringmarching. For soldiers drinking compound-electrolyte beverage during marching, only Tb increase was markedlyless than that of the control soldiers drinking water. The results indicated that quinacrine can euhance thethermotolerance of human booy.
