| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨 2型糖尿病微血管病变与血浆内皮素 (ET)及血管性假血友病因子 (vWF)的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫法 (RIA)及双抗酶联免疫法 (ELISA)测定 12例正常人及 4 9例 2型糖尿病患者的血浆ET及vWF水平。结果 :糖尿病组血浆ET及vWF水平较正常人升高 ;糖尿病有微血管病变组较糖尿病无并发症组升高更明显。结论 :血浆ET及vWF水平的升高与糖尿病微血管病变的发生发展有关

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relations between diabetic microangiopathy and endothelin(ET) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) in diabetes mellitus. Methods:The plasma concentrations of ET and vWF were measured in 12 normal persons and 49 diabetic patients by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The plasma concentrations of ET and vWF in diabetic patients were higher than those of normal group.The alterations were notable especially in the patients complicated with microangiopathy.Conclusions:The increased level of ET and vWF was related to the development of diabetic microangiopathy. |
