维拉帕米对伯氏疟原虫抗本芴醇株抗药性的影响

摘    要:目的:分析维拉帕米对伯氏疟原虫抗本芴醇株的耐药性是否有逆转作用。方法:采用Peters 4日抑制实验,涂片计数红细胞感染率并计算原虫抑制率,分析了维拉帕米对伯氏疟原虫敏株、抗本芴醇株及抗氨喹株的药物敏感性的影响。结果:维拉帕米不但能增强本芴醇对伯氏疟原虫K173株(敏感株)的杀虫作用,还能在一定程度上增强抗本芴醇株对本芴醇的敏感性。与之相比,维拉帕米对氨喹杀灭敏株的作用没有影响,也不能逆转抗氨喹株的氨喹抗性。结论:维拉帕米可在一定程度上增强本芴醇对伯氏疟原虫K173株及其抗本芴醇株的杀虫作用;维拉帕米对抗本芴醇株及抗氟喹株产生逆转作用的机制可能不同。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the reversal effect of verapamil on benflumetol_resistant strain of Plasmodium berghei .Methods:Effects of verapamil on P.berghei K173, benflumetol_resistant strain and chloroquine_resistant strain were determined by Peters four_day inhibition experiment, then thin_blood slides were made to determine parasitemia and inhibition rate of parasitemia.Results:Verapamil could increase the effect of benflumetol on both drug_susceptive P.berghei and drug_resistant strain. However, verapamil could not influence the effect of chloroquine on either the drug_susceptive or drug_resistant strain of P.berghei .Conclusions:Verapamil can increase the effect of benflumetol on P.berghei K173 strain and drug_resistant strain. The mechanism of effect of verapamil on benflumetol_resistant and chloroquine_resistant P.berghei may be different.
