| 摘 要： | 本文报告海南岛某疟疾流行地区的352例疟疾病人的血型分布,它与本地区811名正常人的血型分布有差异。在正常人群中,O型血较高,但在疟疾病人中,B型血较高,特别在间日疟病人中B型血明显高于其它各型。作者认为,此结果在流行病学上可能有意义。

| Abstract: | A total of 352 malaria patients with parasitaemia and fever was classified according to ABO blood groups in an endemic area of Hainan Island.The distribution of bloodgroups among these patients was obviously different from that among 811 controls fromthe same area.Among malaria especially tertian malaria patients,the percentage of group B was found to be higher,than those of other blood groups while among the non-infected controls the percentage of group O was higher than those of other groups.Theabove-mentioned fact may be of significance in malaria epidemiology.Possible explana-tions for it are discussed. |
