| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨MEBO在难治性外科疾病治疗方面的作用。方法：瘘口覆盖MEBO纱条，加压包扎，每日换药两次。结果：治疗21天瘘口自行封闭，38天痊愈。结论：采用MEBO纱条覆盖创面进行湿润疗法，创面感染得到控制，组织生长不受影响，瘘口弥合快。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating fistula. Method: The fistula was covered with MEBO gauze by pressure bandage.The dressing was changed 2 times a day. Results: The fistula was closed 21 days after treatment and healed in 38 days. Conclusion: Wound infection was controlled after covered with MEBO gauze.It did not affect granulation and it promoted healing. |
