MEBO治疗中小面积烧伤72例临床分析

目的：总结烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）治疗中小面积烧伤的临床疗效。方法：对72例中小面积烧伤患者全程采用MEBT／MEBO治疗烧伤创面，根据治疗经验及药敏结果使用抗菌药物预防或治疗感染。结果：70例患者创面自行愈合，痊愈出院，愈合后无明显瘢痕增生，关节处创面愈合后功能良好，2例患者的Ⅲ度创面经自体皮移植封闭创面，治愈出院。结论：湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）具有活血化瘀、改善血液循环、通畅引流等作用，能促进创面皮肤原位再生修复。

Clinical Experience of 72 Patients With Small Area Burns Treated by MEBO

Objective： To summarize the clinical curative effect of MEBT/MEBO on treating small area burns. Method： Burns wounds of 72 patients with small area burns were treated with MEBT/MEBO in the whole treatment course. Antibacterials were applied to prevent or to treat the infection according to treatment experience and drug sensitivity results. Results： 70 patients were healed without obvious scar hyperplasia; function of articulation after healing of burn wounds was good; the other 2 patients with Ⅲ degree of burns got healed with skin autografting to close wounds. Conclusion： MEBO possesses functions of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, draining smoothly etc, and can promote in situ regenerative repairing of skin at burns wounds.
