| 摘 要： | 目的 观察湿性薄化技术治疗深度烧伤创面的临床疗效.方法 将53例深度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例,采用湿性薄化技术处理创面；对照组18例,采用湿性医疗技术处理创面,观察两组创面愈合时间及疼痛程度.结果 治疗组与对照组相比,在缩短深Ⅱ度与Ⅲ度创面的愈合时间上均有显著性差异,在降低疼痛方面亦有显著性差异.结论 采用湿性薄化技术治疗深度烧伤创面具有愈合时间短,疼痛小等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moist thinning technique in treating deep burn wounds. Methods A total of 53 cases of deep burn patients were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in test group treated with moist thinning technique, and 18 in control group with only moist technique. The wound healing time and pain grade of the two groups were observed. Results There was significant difference between control group and test group in shortening the healing time of both deep Ⅱand Ⅲdegree burn wounds as well as in reducing pains. Conclusion Moist thinning technique has advantages of shorter healing time and less pain in treating deep burn wounds. |
