MEBT/MEBO改变烧伤创面处理的通常观念

传统的烧伤创面处理方法需要花费大量的时间进行早期削痴、植皮，以及通过Z字成形术、皮片或皮瓣移植等方法松解挛缩的瘢痕，而且通过这种方式愈合的皮肤干燥、无弹性，长期随访的结果，特别是在烧伤累及到关节、面部或手指，影响患者活动时，令患者和医生感到沮丧。应用烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）可彻底改变烧伤患者的处理方法及治疗效果——实现植皮率低、皮肤弹性改善和挛缩瘢痕发生率低。

MEBT/ MEBO Changing the Ordinary Concept OF Burn Wound Management

The traditional way of management was spending long time in early excision of Esther, grafting and re- leasing of contracted scar by Z plasty, grafts or naps. Results of the healed skin was dry non elastic. The long follow up was depressing for patients and doctors especially if burn is involving joints, face or fingers that disable patients＇ activity. Using MEBT/MEBO technique; the management of burned patients changed from moment the patient arrives in the emergency room, ending with low rate of grafting ＆ better quality of elastic skin ＆ low rate of contracted scars.
