MEBO纱条治疗小儿烧伤残余创面合并MR-SA感染临床体会

目的探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗小儿烧伤残余创面合并耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性总结2011年1月-2013年1月应用MEBO药纱条治疗小儿烧伤残余创面合并MRSA感染的病历资料，归纳、分析其创面愈合时间，止痒、止痛效果，感染控制及预后情况。结果所有患儿感染创面均于MEBO药纱条治疗7d～10d后得到有效控制，20d内创面痊愈，且止痛止痒效果明显。结论MEBO能有效控制烧伤残余创面多重耐药菌感染，促进创面愈合。

Clinical Experience of Treating Residual Wounds of Pediatric Burns Complicated with MR-SA Infection with MEBO Impregnated Gauze

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of MEBO in the treatment of residual wounds of pediatric burns complicated with Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MR-SA) infection. Methods: The medical records of applying MEBO impregnated gauze in treating residual wounds of pediatric burns complicated with MR-SA infection between January 2011 and January 2013 were concluded retrospectively and the wound healing time, anti-itch and analgesic effects, infection control and prognosis were summarized and analyzed. Results: All the infected wounds were controlled effectively 7-10 days after the treatment of MEBO gauze and got healed within 20 days with good anti-itch and analgesic effects. Conclusion: MEBO is effective in controlling burn residual wound infection with multi-resistant bacteria and promoting wound healing.
