MEBT/MEBO救治大面积烧伤185例临床分析

目的：回顾性总结我医院应用烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT/MEBO）治疗各种原因导致的大面积烧伤185例的临床疗效。方法：全程采用MEBT/MEBO处理创面,针对病人伤情予以早期液体复苏,气管切开处理,辅以气道湿化、灌洗,保持气道通畅及加强早期胃肠道营养等治疗措施。结果：湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）具有较好的止痛作用,抗感染力较强,促进创面皮肤再生修复,深Ⅱ度创面无瘢痕愈合,小面积Ⅲ度创面不需植皮,亦可自行愈合。结论：MEBT/MEBO治疗大面积烧伤疗较显著。

Clinical assessment of treating 185 cases of large area burned patients with MEBT/MEBO

Objective： To summarize the clinical effect of MEBT/MEBO retrospectively in treating 185 cases large area burned patients resulted from various causes. Method： Treating wounds with MEBT/MEBO all the time, while other measures focused on system treating of patiens, such as early resuscitation of transfusion, incision of trachea combining with air tube humidification and lavation to keep airway unobstructed and intensify gastrointestinal nutrition. Result： MEBO have excellent action of alleviating pain, anti - infection and promoting skin regeneration. Deep II degree wound healed without scar and small area III degree wound healed without skin grafting. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has obvious effects in treating large area burned wounds.
