| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨皮肤磨削术与烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT/MEBO）治疗面部爆炸伤遗留粉尘染色的效果。方法：对47例患者局部浸润麻醉后,应用STRONG 90/90N磨皮机磨至真皮乳头层,外用温盐水纱布压迫止血30min后行MEBT/MEBO治疗,据创面液化物多少决定换药次数与换药间隔时间,创面愈合后1周改用美宝疤痕平软膏治疗。结果：47例患者显效38例,好转9例,总有效率100%。结论：皮肤磨削术与MEBT/ MEBO联合治疗面部烧伤后粉尘着色简单易行,效果显著,患者易于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating residual dust staining on face caused by explosion associated with skin attrition technique.Method:47 cases,having made local anesthesia,were attired skin to papillar layer of dennis with STRONG90/90N skin attrition machine,then pressed wounds for 30 minutes with warm saline soaked gauze and finally applied MEBO.The times to re-apply MEBO were dependent on the amount of liquefaction prod- uct.One week after wound healed,MEBO Scar Reducer was used instead.Result:38 cases of 47 patients had obvious effects and 9 eases turned better.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The method of using MEBT/MEBO to treat dust staining post burns associated with skin attrition technique is easy to operate,showed excellent effects and is ac- cepted easily by patients. |
