严重烧伤残余创面MRSA感染的整体化治疗

摘    要:目的:回顾性总结严重烧伤残余创面耐甲氧西林菌株(MRSA)感染整体化治疗的经验。方法:选择本科室近3年来28例严重烧伤62个部位残余创面MRSA感染(均经创面细菌培养证实)经常规换药无效后,改用创面浸洗加外用美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)石蜡油纱布包扎换药治疗。结果:1天~4天内创面感染得到控制。5天~8天创面上皮化愈合并缩小,9天~12天创面基本愈合。结论:控制创面MRSA感染是整体化治疗的基础,创面浸洗加外用美宝(MEBO)和石蜡油纱布包扎治疗,可有效控制局部感染促进创面愈合。

Abstract:Objective:To make a retrospective assessment of the experience in the integrative treatment of severe burn patients with residual wounds infected by MRSA.Methods:28 cases severe burn patients with 62 of residual wounds infected by MRSA(verified by bacteriological examination),but no efficacy was observed with routine treatment of which, were collected into this retrospective study from our department in recent 3 years.All of the wounds were applied with ME- BO dressing with liquid paraffin instead of regular dressing after washing wounds well.Results:Wound infection was con- trolled in 4 days,and wounds were reduced with epithelization in 5-8 days and healed in 9-12 days finally.Conclu- sion:Controlling the MRSA infection of burn wounds is the basis of integrative treatment.Washing wounds and applying MEBO and gauzes with liquid paraffin can be an effective way to control local infection and to promote wound healing.
