湿润烧伤膏在肛瘘术后创面的临床应用

目的:评价湿润烧伤膏对肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效.方法:将2009年4月～2009年10月期间,收治的肛瘘(单发者)术后创面采用随机分组方法,观察湿润烧伤膏和生肌散的临床疗效;共100例患者,治疗组与对照组各50例,均为18岁以上患者,男女不拘;治疗组采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组采用生肌散治疗,观察两组疗效、创面疼痛及愈合时间.结果:两组间比较,在创面愈合时间、疼痛等项目上,均有统计学差异(P<0.01),湿润烧伤膏组优于生肌散组.结论:湿润烧伤膏对肛瘘术后创面的愈合有促进作用,能缩短创面愈合时间,缓解创面疼痛,提高创面愈合率.

Clinical Application of MEBO Ointment on Treating Wound of Post Anal Fistula Surgery

Objective： To evaluate efficacy of MEBO ointment on treating wound of post anal fistula surgery. Methods： All the 100 cases with anal fistula collected from Apr. 2009 to Oct. 2009 were divided into testing group （ n = 50） and control group （n =50） . All of patients were older than 18 years and sex of the patients wasn＇t limited. MEBO Ointment and Shengji San were applied to the wounds in testing group and control group respectively. Some indexes such as efficacy, wound pain feeling and healing time were observed and recorded. Result： There were significant differences in the healing time and relieving pain between two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . These two indexes in the MEBO ointment group were superior to that in Shengji San group. Conclusion： MEBO ointment has advantages to treat wound of post anal fistula surgery including promoting wound healing, shortening wound healing time, relieving pain and improving cure rate.
