| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）在婴幼儿肛瘘瘘管切除术后创面的应用效果。方法：运用MEBO外敷治疗瘘管切除术后创面，以百多帮作为对照，观察两组愈合时间与止痛效果。结果：MEBO组愈合时间明显短于百多帮组，有非常显著差异，且止痛效果明显。结论：MEBO可促进肛瘘术后创面愈合，具有良好的止痛效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds post anal fistulectomy of infants.Meth- od:In the treatment group,MEBO was applied to the wounds post fistulectomy and in the control group,Bai Duo Bang Oint- ment was applied.The efficacy of the 2 drugs was compared.Result:MEBO was superior to Bai Duo Bang Ointment in terms of wound healing time and pain stopping effect.The difference between the 2 groups was very significant.Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of the wounds post anal fistulectomy.It has very good pain relieving effect. |
