美宝创疡贴结合微创点状剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡

目的:观察外用美宝创疡贴治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的治疗效果.方法:对28例下肢静脉曲张性溃疡的患者,小切口行高位结扎,应用剥脱器剥脱大隐静脉主干,小腿部曲张静脉采用微创点状剥脱术,然后对溃疡面充分清创,创面应用美宝创疡贴直至痊愈.结果:25例创面自行痊愈,3例由于溃疡面较深、组织缺损较多,行点状植皮后继续应用美宝创疡贴至创面愈合.结论:美宝创疡贴结合微创点状剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张性溃疡,可有效控制感染,促进肉芽组织和皮肤再生,加快创面愈合,效果满意.

MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing Combing with Minimally Invasive Point-like Vein Stripping Technique to Treat Lower Limb Varicose Ulcer

Objective： To observe the effect of treating lower limb varicose ulcer with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing plus minimally invasive point - like vein stripping technique. Method ： 28 cases of lower limb varicose ulcer patients were involved. Small incision high ligation was made; the great saphenous vein was stripped with stripper; varicose vein in crural region was treated with minimally invasive point - like vein stripping technique. And then the debridement of the ulcers was fully done, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing was used to the wounds until healed. Results： Of 28 patients, 25 patients healed. In the rest 3 cases with the deeper ulcers and the more tissue defects, the wounds healed after point -like skin grafting and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing continually used. Conclusion： It can obtain the satisfactory effect to treat lower limb varicose ulcer with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing plus minimally invasive point - like vein stripping technique because of its controlling infection effectively, promoting regeneration of granulation tissue and skin, accelerating wound healing.
