| 摘 要： | 目的:探索各种原因引起的老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡的治疗方法。方法:局部采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 行暴露疗法、半暴露疗法或包扎疗法,共27例。结果:19例痊愈,6例创面肉芽生长良好后植皮或皮瓣移植愈合,2例好转后出院,有效率100％。结论:MEBO治疗老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡,安全易行,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find an efficacious method for treating senile chronic intractable skin ulcer of different causes. Method: 27 old patients with this disease were treated locally with MEBO in exposed or semi - exposed way. Result: 19 cases were cured. 6 cases were subjected to skin grafting after wound granulation. 2 cases turned better after treatment. The total effective rate was 100% . Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating chronic intractable skin ulcer of the aged. It is easy and simple to apply. |
