| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBT疗法在治疗面颈部烧伤中的疗效。方法：200例面颈部烧伤病人，其中150例采用MEBT/MEBO治疗（治疗组），50例采用SD-Ag治疗（对照组）。比较两组之间用药后创面疼痛情况、局部活动情况以及创面平均愈合时间和愈合后瘢痕形成情况。结果：MEBT/MEBO治疗组中的面颈部浇Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度偏浅、深Ⅱ度偏深创面用药后疼痛明显缓解，局部活动不受限，愈合快，瘢痕增生不明显。结论：MEBT/MEBO对面颈部浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度偏浅、深Ⅱ度偏创面的疗效优于SD-Ag干燥暴露疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating faciocervical burn. Method: 150 cases of faciocervical burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO and 50 cases of the same disease were treated with SD-Ag Cream. The results of the two treating methods were compared. Results: In MEBT/MEBO group, Pains were markedly relieved in faciocervical wounds of superficial 2nd, superficial type deep 2nd and deep type deep 2nd degrees. No restriction of local activities was found. No scar formed. Wounds healed very quickly. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is superior to SD-Ag Cream dry exposed treating method in treating faciocervical burn of superficial 2nd, superficial type deep 2nd and deep type deep 2nd degrees. |
