| 摘 要： | 目的观察、探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗婴儿皮肤褶烂的临床疗效。方法对18例患儿皮损创面采用MEBO换药治疗,每日1~2次,观察创面愈合情况。结果18例患儿褶烂局部皮肤红斑、水肿均于治疗24 h后明显减轻,渗出明显减少;平均治疗2.8 d后,皮损局部红斑、肿胀、渗出全部消退,糜烂创面愈合。结论采用MEBO治疗婴儿皮肤褶烂,愈合快、疗效好、操作简便,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and explore therapeutic effect of MEBO Wound Ointment in the treatment of infant cases with skin-fold ulcers. Methods Dressing change of MEBO Wound Ointment was given in 18 infants with skin-fold ulcers, one to two times a day. And the healing progress was observed. Results The erythema and edema at local skin of skin-fold ulcers were obviously alleviated 24 hours after treatment, the excudation decreased greatly. The average healing time for erythema, swelling, excudation and erosion at local skin wound was approximately 2.8 days. Conclusion MEBO Wound Ointment in the treatment of infants with skin-fold ulcers features fast healing, good therapeutic effect and easy operation, deserving promotion and application in clinic. |
