大面积烧伤残余创面围术期处理

目的 观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对大面积烧伤患者残余创面的术前创面处理疗效.方法 对我科2003年3月至2009年12月收治的外院转入我院的65例大面积烧伤残余创面的患者,入院后常规取创面分泌物做细菌培养、浸浴后应用烧伤湿性医疗技术（MEBT/MEBO）换药治疗、全身给予常规治疗（如纠正贫血、低蛋白血症、抗感染等）.结果 65例患者术前经上述方法处理5d～7d后行手术自体皮移植,皮片成活良好,成活率达90％以上.结论 MEBT/MEBO用于大面积烧伤患者残余创面的术前创面处理,是目前提高术后皮片成活较理想的方法.

Management of Residual Wounds after Extensive Burns during Perioperative Periods

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of MEBO Ointment used in the management of residual wounds after extensive burns during perioperative periods. Methods: 65 patients who, with residual wounds after receiving extensive burn, were transferred and admitted to our hospital between March, 2003 and Dec. 2009, were enrolled into our study. After admission, the wound secretion was taken routinely to undergo bacterial culture. After being given an immersion bath, the patients were administered MEBT/MEBO in combination with the systemic treatments for anemia, hypoproteinemia, anti-infection, and etc. Results: 5~7 days after undergoing the above interventions, 65 patients were given autologous skin-grafting. Skin slices had good survival rates of up to 90%. Conclusion: Presently, MEBT/MEBO is the ideal approach of improving the survival rate of grafted skin slices in the management of residual wounds after extensive burns during perioperative periods.
