| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）油纱作为治疗深度烧伤创面内层敷料的治疗效果。方法：在深度创面换药中，以MEBO油纱作内层敷料，然后外用3～4层无菌纱布低张包扎治疗，每日换药1次或2次。结果：以MEBO油纱作为烧伤创面的内层敷料，更换敷料时可减轻创面疼痛、清除坏死组织较为彻底、创面不易感染，愈合快等优点。结论：MEBO油纱作为深度烧伤创面换药中的内层敷料使用，利于坏死组织脱落，不损伤创面肉芽组织，能促进创面愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study curative effect of MEBO gauze as inner layer dressings on treating deep burns wounds. Method： MEBO gauze as inner layer dressings was applied to treat deep burns wounds, and then sterilized gauze of 3 -4 layers was bandaged with little tension on MEBO gauze. Dressings were changed once or twice daily. Results： During the process of dressing changes, MEBO gauze as inner layer dressings for treating deep burns wounds has advantages of palliating wounds pain, discharging necrotic tissues more thoroughly, preventing wound from infection, and promoting quick heal et al. Conclusion： MEBO gauze as inner layer dressings for treating deep burns wounds could facilitate exfoliation of necrotic tissues, prevent granulation tissues of wounds from demage, and promote wound healing. |
