| 摘 要： | 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)外用修复激光磨削面部瘢痕创面的疗效.方法:38例患者,行激光磨削治疗后创面外用湿润烧伤膏1周～2周.结果:全部病例随访3个月～6个月,一次性治疗痊愈14例,显效6例,有效4例;二次治疗痊愈8例,显效4例,有效2例,总有效率100%,无一例出现瘢痕增生、色素加深及感染.结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗面部瘢痕激光磨削创面使用方便,促进愈合,无明显副作用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of MEBO in treating the minor faeial depressed sear with laser dermabrasion. Methods： MEBO was applied to the wounds of 38 patients for 1 - 2 weeks after laser dermabrasion. Resuits： After 3 - 6 months follow - up, for once treatment, 14 eases of them were completely healing, 6cases were markedly effective and rest 4 cases were effective. For twice treatment, 8 cases were healing, 4 eases were markedly effective and 4 eases were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. No one appeared sear hyperplasia, pigment deepen and infection. Conclusion： Treating facial sear after laser dermabrasion with MEBO has advantages such as easy to use, shorter healing time, beautiful appears and no significant side effect, and is an ideal repairing therapy for the patients with laser dermabrasion post - operation. |
