皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗高海拔地区皮肤损伤疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨应用皮肤原位再生复原技术在高海拔地区治疗皮肤损伤的疗效,以期找到适合高海拔地区气候特点,以及医疗条件差、治疗方法简便且疗效好、费用合理等要求的皮肤损伤疗法。方法 2012年8月-2013年7月收治的176例因各种原因导致的皮肤损伤患者,在积极进行全身系统治疗的同时,规范应用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗局部创面,清创后将湿润烧伤膏均匀涂抹于创面,3~4 h换药1次,直至创面愈合,观察创面愈合情况。结果 176例患者创面全部愈合,愈合时间为7~40 d,愈后组织质地柔软,无明显增生性瘢痕,治疗过程均无过敏及其他不良反应。结论皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗皮肤损伤操作简便、疗效好、费用合理,非常适合高海拔地区医疗单位推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of treatment of skin damage with in situ regenerative restoration technology at high altitude in order to find skin damage treatment methods demanding of being suitable for climate of high altitudes and poor medical conditions, simple method, good effect and reasonable cost. Method The 176 patients with skin damage admitted from August 2012 to July 2013 due to various reasons adopted in situ regenerative restoration technology to treat local wounds while receiving systemic treatment, MEBO ointment was smeared evenly onto wounds after debridement, and dressing was changed once every 3 to 4 hours until the wounds healed. State of wound healing was observed. Results All wounds of the 176 patients healed with the healing time of 7-40 days. After being healed, the wounds tissues were soft without obvious hypertrophic scar. Alongl the course of treatment, no alergy or other adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion Treatment of skin damages with in situ regenerative restoration technology features simple operation, satisfactory efficacy and reasonable cost, which is suitable to be promoted in medical units at high altitude.
