MEBO在大面积烧伤晚期残余创面的临床应用

目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗大面积烧伤残余创面的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析我科收治的64例大面积烧伤患者残余创面的治疗方法,每日做4次翻身护理治疗,翻身同时,于身体前侧和背侧残余创面上各涂湿润烧伤膏1次,涂药后创面暴露治疗.结果 64例患者中,58例残余创面均在3 w内愈合,另6例因局部合并感染,治疗过程中创面逐渐缩小,但是单个面积仍在4 cm×4 cm以上,对于残余创面面积在5%TB-sA以上者,经邮票植皮后继续用MEBO治愈.随访6个月～18个月,创面大部分愈合,无明显瘢痕增生、挛缩,功能恢复较好.结论 大面积深度烧伤残余创面应用MEBO治疗,方法简便、价格低廉、患者痛苦少,治疗效果良好.

Clinical Application of MEBO in Treating Residual Wound of the Late-stage Extensive Burn Injury

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating residual wound post extensive burn. Method Sixty - four cases of extensive burn residual wounds admitted in our hospital were reviewed and analyzed. The extensive burn patients were turned 4 times per day with rotating bed. During each turning, the residual wounds of the patients in their prothorax and back sites were applied with MEBO once. The wounds with MEBO were exposed. Results The 58 of 64 residual wounds healed within 3 weeks. Other 6 cases were continually treated with MEBO and dipping bath to control the infection so as to make the size of the wounds deceased. In case of the area of a wound 〉 4 cm×4 cm, i.e. the area was more than 5% TBSA, the wound was stamped - skin - grafted and then was applied with MEBO continually till healing. Following the visit for 6 - 18 months, most wounds healed with better function and no obvious hyperplasia and contracture. Conclusion MEBO is simple, cost effective and clinically effective to treat residual wounds of extensive burn patients with less pain.
