| 摘 要： | 目的：观察烧伤湿润暴露疗法治疗硝火烧伤的效果。方法：随机将硝火烧伤病人分为两组：1520例创面应用烧伤湿润暴露疗法换药治疗（治疗组）；1200例创面应用磺胺嘧啶银混悬液换药治疗（对照组）。观察两组病人在换药过程中感染发生率、愈合时间、瘢痕发生率、愈后皮肤瘙痒或疼痛程度、皮肤色素沉着情况。结果：治疗组在感染发生率、愈合时间、瘢痕发生率、愈后皮肤瘙痒或疼痛程度方面都明显低于对照组。结论：烧伤湿润暴露疗法是治疗硝火烧伤的理想方法，创面愈合过程顺利，疗效可靠，有利于外观和功能恢复，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effect of treating firecracker bum with MEBT/MEBO. Method： All of patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. In the treatment group, 1520 cases were involved and treated with MEBT/MEBO, while 1200 cases were treated with SD -Ag suspension in control group. The patients infection rate, wound healing time, scar formation rate, skin itching and pain, skin pigmentation etc in two groups were observed and recorded respectively. Result： Compared with control group, significant better results in infection rate, wound healing time, scar formation rate, skin itching and pain after wound healing etc. were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO is an ideal treatment method for firecracker burn due to wound healing smoothly, reliable effect, good for the recovery of appearance and function and it is worthy to be popularized. |
