MEBO治疗烧伤创面疗效观察

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗不同损伤深度烧伤创面的临床疗效.方法:2004年1月～2007年12月,采用MEBO治疗具有不同损伤深度的烧伤创面78例,均全程使用MEBO治疗,涂药厚度1mm,每日涂药4次或5次,观察药物止痛效果、防治感染作用及创面愈合情况.结果:77例烧伤创面全部自行愈合,止痛效果良好,创面未发生感染;1例曾在院外接受治疗患者的深度创面最终接受植皮手术治愈.结论:MEBO治疗深度烧伤创面操作方便,疗效显著,止痛效果好,可加速创面愈合,能有效控制创面感染.

Observation of Effect in the Treatment of Burn Wound with MEBO

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating burn wounds of different depth. Method： During the period of 1/2004 - 12/2007, 78 cases of patients were collected, who suffered from different depth burn wounds treated with MEBO in the whole treatment course. All the wounds were coated MEBO of thickness of 1 mm, 4 -5 times/ day. The efficacy of MEBO on analgesic effect, controlling infection and wound healing were observed and recorded. Result： 77 cases of burn wound were all self - healing, rest one patient, who had treated in other hospital before admission, healed with skin grafting. Conclusion： It was the simpler operation method treating deep burns with MEBO which had the obvious efficacy of treatment in stopping the pain, shorter wound healing time, effectively anti - infection, etc.
