| 摘 要： | 目的:总结10年来采用MEBT/MEBO治疗不同类型的大面积烧伤的临床经验. 方法:对300例(成人大于50%TBSA,小儿大于30%TBSA)病人全程采用MEBT/MEBO正规抗休克治疗及创面处理.结果:300例大面积烧伤病人,治愈274例,治愈率91.33%;死亡26例,死亡率8.67%.结论:MEBT/MEBO治疗大面积烧伤效果良好.

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize clinical experience of treating extensive burn with MEBT/MEBO for 10 years. Method ： 300 cases of burn patients, who suffered from burn with more than 50% TBSA for adults or 30% TBSA for children, were treated with MEBT/MEBO, including standard anti - shock treatment and wound management in the whole treatment course. Result： Among 274 of 300 cases were healed （ cure rate was 91.33% ） and 26 cases were dead （ Mortality rate was 8.67% ） . Conclusion： It showed significant clinical effects in treating extensive burn with MEBT/MEBO. |
