| 摘 要： | 目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对小儿头面颈Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效.方法:对自2006年1月至2008年9月住院的128例头面颈部Ⅱ度烧伤患者采用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗后,观察疗效及愈后3个月瘢痕形成情况,并对其进行临床总结分析.结果:美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗头面颈部烧伤创面愈合快,色素轻,无瘢痕形成.结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗头面颈部Ⅱ度烧伤,具有促进创面再生修复,减轻疼痛,控制创面感染等治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating pediatric Ⅱ degree burns in the region of head and neck with MEBO. Method： 128 cases of hospitalized pediatric patients with head and neck bum treated by MEBO were collected in the period of 01/2006 - 09/2008. Then to review the clinical effect and scar formation after 3 months of wound healing. Result： Treating Head and neck bums with MEBO can promote wound healing, reduce pigmentation and no scar formation observed. Conclusion： Treating Ⅱ degree burn in the region of head and neck with MEBO can promote wound healing and repairing regeneratively, relief pain and control infection etc. |
