| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对腹壁会阴部术后切口感染、脂肪液化的治疗效果。方法：50％葡萄糖液加胰岛素1单位局部涂擦后用MEBO，以蝶形胶布将裂开之皮缘对合固定。结果：54例患者创面全部愈合。结论：MEBO与高渗葡萄糖加胰岛素治疗腹部会阴切口感染、脂肪液化创面可促进愈合，优于其它方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating abdominal wall and perineal incision infection. Method: 50% glucose solution and 1 unit insulin was applied locally to the wounds and then MEBO was applied. The wounds were fixed with butterfly adhesive plaster. Result: Wounds in 54 patients were all healed. Conclusion: MEBO in association with hypertonic glucose and insulin is very effective in treating abdominal wall and perineal incision infection and fatty liquefied wounds. |
