湿润烧伤膏治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗轻中度特应性皮炎(AD) 的临床疗效? 方法 将90例轻?中度慢性AD患者随机分为治疗组(45例) 和对照组(45例)? 治疗组: 外用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO) 治疗, 每日2次, 连用4周; 对照组: 外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗, 每日2次, 连用4周, 观察? 对比两组治疗效果? 结果 治疗组痊愈率为22.2%, 有效率为66.7%; 对照组痊愈率为26.7%, 有效率为73.3%; 治疗组与对照组疗效无差异性(P>0.05)? 结论 MEBO能明显改善轻中度AD患者皮损程度, 有效控制其临床症状, 并发症少,适合中? 长期使用, 具有很好的临床应用价值?

Clinical Effect Observation of MEBO Ointment in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Atopic Dermatitis

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of MEBO Ointment in the treatment of mild and moderate atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: Ninety patients with mild and moderate chronic AD were randomly and evenly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with MEBO Ointment twice per day while the control group was treated with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream externally twice per day, and both groups for successive four weeks. The clinical effects between the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The cure rate and effective rate in the treatment group were 22.2% and 66.7% respectively while they were 26.7% and 73.3% respectively in the control group. The clinical effects between the two groups has no significant difference in statistics (p>0.05). Conclusion: MEBO Ointment can significantly alleviate the skin damage of patients with AD. Though its clinical effect is similar to that of moderately potent hormone in terms of treating mild and moderate AD, MEBO Ointment has a good clinical application value in that it can control the clinical symptoms effectively and induce fewer complications and be used for a longer time.
