摘    要:目的 :运用MEBO纱布治疗体表慢性溃疡 ,以红油膏纱布为对照 ,观察其疗效和药物对创面疼痛、感染、皮肤过敏、愈合时间及瘢痕形成的影响。方法 :分别将MEBO纱布或红油膏纱布贴敷创面 ,外层用无菌纱布覆盖固定 ,每日 1~ 2次。结果 :两组治愈率和总有效率无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。但两组在用药后减轻创面疼痛和感染 ,促进创面愈合时间及减轻瘢痕形成等方面比较 ,MEBO组明显优于对照组 ,且有显著或非常显著性差异。结论 :MEBO纱布治疗体表慢性溃疡疗效可靠 ,优于红油膏纱布 ,并具有减少并发症的发生、缩短创面愈合时间和减少瘢痕形成等优点。MEBO为一种理想的治疗药物 ,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:MEBO gauze was used in the treatment of chronic surface ulcers to verify its efficacy including its effects on wound pain, wound infection, skin hypersensitivity, wound healing time and scar forming rate, etc. Hong You (red oil) Ointment gauze was used as the control drug. Method:MEBO gauze or Hong You Ointment gauze was applied respectively onto the wounds and then covered and fixed with sterile gauze, the dressing was changed 1 2 times every day. Results:The total effective and curative rates of the 2 groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05), while MEBO treating group was superior to Hong You Ointment treating group in terms of pain relieving effect, infection rate, wound healing time and scar forming rate, etc. The difference was statistically significant or very significant. Conclusion: MEBO gauze has very reliable efficacy in treating chronic surface ulcers. It is superior to Hong You Ointment gauze. The incidence of complications was reduced, wound healing time shortened and scar formation rate lowered. MEBO is ideal for treating chronic surface ulcers and is worth popularization.
